To refer a patient to Bay Area Retina Associates, please use our referral form or simply call the nearest BARA office. Many of our patients desire more information about their likely diagnosis before arriving for consultation with a BARA doctor. For the convenience of our referring doctors, we provide a number of patient handouts which can be easily downloaded and printed out to give to your patients.

BARA has a long history of participating in the cutting edge of retinal care through clinical trials. Clinical trials allow us to offer patients treatments which are not yet available to the general public.
